At Emporium Hamburg you have many opportunities to have your order sent to you. We ship to Germany and all European countries. Moreover, we ship worldwide (see foreign dispatch).

Please note that our our terms and conditions regarding the shipment of goods does only apply for this webshop.

The shipping fees regarding our auctions can be found in our auction terms.

Domestic delivery:

Generally, domestic delivery is carried out by DHL-Germany and is - generally - FREE OF CHARGE.

Foreign dispatch:

Generally, shipment to foreign countries is carried out by Fed Ex. Orders with a value of goods being less than € 500.00 will be shipped by Deutsche Post (German Post) by registered mail.   

Basically, we ship within the European Union as well as worldwide. Please note that delivery to the Russian Federation is only possible up to a value of goods not exceeding € 200.00.   

Delivery outside the European Union may possibly require/cause additional custom duties, taxes and charges. More information is available via

Pickup by the customer:

The collection/pickup of your order in our premises in Hamburg, Germany, may take place on prior agreement/scheduling and is, of course, free of charge. However, a pickup by the customer is only possible in our premises in Hamburg, Germany.
